II/ Return and refund policy.

  1. Exchange regulations:

1.1 Content

Products can be exchanged for size/color or other products (if in stock), only once per order. Total value of items, Gemmy Store will not refund excess money in case the new product has a lower value than the purchased product.

Products not eligible for exchange include: Custom designed products, SALE products over 30% off

Customers contact the shop to check the model and products they want to exchange

1.2 Regulatory products

Exchange goods within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The product is still in original condition upon receipt, unused.

The goods supply order gives Gemmy a return order tracking code

Customers pay all costs incurred related to operations

2.1 Goods return policy:

Customers can return the product in case of errors arising from the manufacturer and do not need to exchange for another product.

Refund defective products via bank account.

Gemmy bears 100% of the operating costs for returning the goods if the product is determined to be defective.

Gemmy Store specifically.

2.2 Product payment conditions:

Within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The product is still in original condition upon receipt, unused.

The manufacturer encountered an error

  1. Refund policy:

In case of prepayment, the customer will be refunded when the product received has a manufacturing error and the customer does not want to change to another product. The shop will pay all operating costs incurred.

Refund time is from 03 to 05 days from when Gemmy Store verifies that the customer’s product has a manufacturing defect.
