DELIVERY POLICY
Gemmy has a nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers who purchase on the website, fanpage and by phone, not applicable to customers who purchase directly at the store.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company.
- Delivery time:
Orders within Hanoi city: Same day
Orders outside Hanoi city: 1-2 working days
Delivery time is 1-2 days after placing the order.
Orders in other provinces and cities:
Delivery time is 2-3 days for central areas of the province or city, 3-7 days for suburban areas, districts, communes, towns…
(Not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays)
Order processing time will be calculated from the time of receiving your complete payment.
Delivery time can be changed if requested by the customer and Gemmy proactively changes in case of natural disasters or other special events.
Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. In case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule. In case we still cannot contact you or do not receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid.

2. Delivery fee:
Free shipping for orders over 1 million
Fixed shipping fee is 30,000 VND applied to all areas for orders under 1 million
3. Check goods before payment:
Customers please pay a minimum of 100k to check goods before payment, the remaining amount will be equal to the amount receivable minus the amount the customer has transferred
